Weight Loss

I have always struggled to keep my weight under control. This is just one of those facts that I have learned to understand in life. It was not that I was always snacking on something; it was very different for me. I do not know at what point I realized it, but I did start noticing that I am a very emotional eater. Somehow, certain foods provided me with comfort, made me feel better about myself for a moment. It is interesting that food would actually produce this feeling for me, because ultimately weight loss was my goal.
